ID basso su Amule [Risolto]

Salve ragazzi, ho bisogno del vostro aiuto:

essendo un n00b di ubuntu, ho provato ad installare Amule, però mi da ID basso sia al kad che alla rete ed2k, le porte aperte sul router ho lasciato quelle di emule che usavo su winzozz, come faccio ad avere ID alto ad entrambi? ho un modem/router alice gate W2+

Sono molto pessimista dei router di telecom, spero tanto che abbia cambiato politica, perchè a distanza telecom può decidere per te cosa può fare il modem e cosa no, quindi cambiare anche le impostazioni che metti.

verifica che le porte che usi siano aperte anche sul firewall. l'interfaccia grafica del firewall si chiama firestarter, forese venendo da windows rente le cose più intuitive. cìè una guida nel wiki.

Comunque se hai messo le stesse impostazioni che avevi su win controlla anche che ubuntu si prenda anche lo stesso IP che si prendeva win. Accertato questo i pacchetti DEVONO passare....

Su ubuntu il firewall è disattivato di default.

potrei sottilizzare che questo non garantisce che sia disattivo quello del nostro giovane amico  ;D
in ogni caso configurare il firewall non credo possa fare male.  :D

Era un'indicazione.
Magari non ha toccato il firewall, quindi si trova ancora lì alla partenza.
Il firewall è sicuramente un ottimo e necessario strumento.
Per togliersi ogni dubbio:

Non ti preoccupare.... rimuovi firestarter e sei a posto.
Con 2 blocchi non è facile capire....

un'altra dritta (dal regolamento del forum):
3. Scegliete un titolo adeguato. Il titolo è importante, deve essere descrittivo, sintetico e significativo, in modo da far capire subito il problema, così che chi è in grado di aiutarvi possa intervenire e chi effettua una ricerca trovi facilmente le discussioni relative al suo problema. I titoli "Aiuto!", "Sono nuovo", "Internet" e simili devono essere evitati.
 

invece di Amule, potevi scrivere, ad esempio ID basso su amule  ;)
L'uomo libero qualche volta dovrebbe prendersi la libertà di essere schiavo!

ma il problema dell'ID basso sei riuscito a risolverlo?

non ancora, installando il firewall bloccava anch'esso la connessione di Amule, le configurazioni di Amule le ho messe, mentre ecco anche le impostazioni del router:

eheheheheheheh..... hai 107 e il router fa passare verso 164! Modifica le impostazioni nel router e riavvia il mulo.
