gnome ppp un chiarinento

salve a tutti vorrei sapere se gnome-ppp è l'interfaccia grafica wvdial, perche sto uscendo pazzo,dopo 3 giorni sono riuscito a far partire una chiavetta huawei 1750 su lubuntu,da terminale  far martire sta benedetta chiavetta in modalità grafica con gnome-ppp,ma non ci riesco ho provato di tutto ,vorrei sapere, perche con wvidial si e con gnome-ppp no, sono due cose diverse?come faccio a far partire sta benetta chiavetta con gmome-ppp?

si devi cofigurare wvdial devi prima installare wvdial .
allora fai cosi installa wvdial e conf.  poi puoi  connetterti con wvdial da terminale senza usare gnomeppp se preferisci la via grafica usa gnomeppp ma net. manager non riconosce il tuo modem

Perché non usa il solito file di configurazione.
Se non ricordo male, visto che sono passati alcuni anni, wvdial usa due diversi file di configurazione a seconda che si usi il terminale o la gui.
Dovrebbero essere i files .wvdial.conf e wvdial.conf, ma sono certo che siano due files distinti perché, ai tempi, utilizzavo questa peculiarità per connettermi in modi differenti col cellulare, sfruttando configurazioni diverse per bluetooth e usb.

ti mancano i permessi fai cosi vai nel terminale e scrivi sudo gnomeppp e vediamo se va se funziona vai in utenti e gruppi e dai i permessi

con il comando sudo gnome-ppp si connette  grazie mille ma se abilito i permessi mi da lo stesso errore di prima  ??? come abilito i permessi da terminale?

vai in utenti e gruppi e dai i permessi metti la spunta al tuo nome e anche su connessione internet fatto questo ti connetti senza lanciare gnome ppp da terminale

se usi sudo gomeppp ti connetti ?

poi controlla la stringa in gnome ppp che sia giusta senza errori, gnome ppp e una gui di wvdial quindi se funziona wvdial dive andare anche gnomeppp devi conf. bene con stringa e numero giusto

E' importante che ci sia la s che ho evidenziato.
Se non ci dovesse essere correggi con:

Ora dovresti poter avviare gnome-ppp senza bisogno di sudo.
Per quanto riguarda l'errore sulla stringa, ho cercato su Google e sembra che quella giusta sia:

aggiornamento.......riesco a collegarmi con gnome ppp...ma solo quando lo decide lui ??? per farlo funzionare devo riavviare il computer più volte....bhò chi ci capisce è bravo
