Proxy e Ubuntu Software Center

Uso un proxy con autenticazione per collegarmi a internet. Ho settato il Synaptic e il Proxy di Rete. Funziona tutto ( compreso gli aggiornamenti) fatta eccezione epr l'Ubuntu Software Center che mi dice che è impossibile scaricare qualcosa per " problemi di autenticazione" sul terminale e di " connessione internet " sull'interfaccia grafica.

echo $http_proxy

risponde con il giusto indirizzo di proxy e porta.
Cosa posso fare ?

hai configurato il proxy nelle preferenze di synaptic?
se non basta potrebbe essere necessario aggiungerlo ad apt

Ho fatto una prova e accade una cosa buffa. Dal ' gestore pacchetti ' ( synaptic) riesco a installare tutto tranquillamente. Quando invece provo a farlo da Ubuntu Software Center mi da l'errore che ho citato nel main post del topic.

Non esiste nessun file proxy in quella cartella.

allora hai sbagliato a creare il file, quello di apt funziona sicuro, l'ho usato mille volte.

Ho modificato questo file e sembra funzionare tutto, ora.

se funziona anche il software center allora aggiungi risolto sul titolo.
