[Supporto] Ripristinare i repository

Ciao a tutti.
olendi installare alcuni nuovi software ho modificato la list source dei repository.
Essendo alle prime armi devo aver cambiato qualcosa.
Infatti mi da una serie di errori in fase di aggiornamento.
Anzi una volta mi ha segnalato che è disponibile l' aggiornamento di versione , ha cominciato a scaricare gli aggiornamenti , però poi si è bloccato per questi errori nei repository.
Ho provato ad incollarli nel post però non li incolla.
Avete qualche consiglio per recuperare gli aggiornamenti per il cambio di versione?da 10.04 a 10.10?
NB. HO INSTALLATO UBUNTU TWEAK , HO FATTO PULIZIA DI TUTTI I PACCHETTI CON QUESTA UTILITI.

Che repository hai?
Apri un terminale (Applicazioni -> Accessori -> Terminale) e posta l'output del comando

cat /etc/apt/sources.list

e di

ls -la /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

(per incollare l'output usa il tag code: premi il cancelletto # sopra la faccina  :-X e dentro ci incolli l'output del comando)

In base alla tua versione di ubuntu, dovresti avere, nel file sources.list, questi repository: Repository/SourcesList


Posta anche il risultato del comando
