[RISOLTO] Problema aggiornamento con ubuntu 10.04 LTS

Ciao, ho ubuntu 10.04 LTS sul portatile e mi dà problemi nell'installazione degli aggiornamenti..Ho letto alcuni post al rigurado ma prima di cancellare sorgenti a caso vorrei qualche consiglio che riguradi esattamente gli errori che compaiono a me. Questi sono:

dando il comando sudo apt-get update ottengo:

e ogni volta che lancio gli aggiornamenti dal gestore aggiornamenti ottengo la schermata che ho allegato e che non posso copiare perchè mi si blocca la finestra...(credo sia lo stesso errore)

nel file che si apre cancella i seguenti file ( ne hai 4 )
