sulla mia macchina ho installato ubuntu 10.04 32bit e monto una scheda grafica NVidia GeForce FX 5700LE.
I driver NVidia che ho sul pc sono la versione 173.14.22.
Come monitor utilizzo la mia TV Samsung LE26R8.
Il problema è che ogni volta che spengo il computer la risoluzione scende a 1024x768 invece che rimanere a 1360x768.
Lo so che sembra il solito problema di configurazione video che hanno più o meno tutti, ma davvero ho già spulciato dovunque senza risolvere nulla!!!
Con la scheda video ho litigato parecchio anche usando un altro monitor, ho letto ogni guida possibile (direi) e alla fine la soluzione è stata quella di cambiare il monitor...
Ho più volte impostato e corretto lo xorg.conf attuale, ma non sembra che gli importi molto.
