Scaricamento delle informazioni del repository non riuscito

Ieri sera mi è spuntata l'icona Danger in rosso sul pannello superiore!! dicendomi di aggiornare manualmente ubuntu attraverso gli "aggiornamenti automatici"

Cosi l'ho aperto per scaricare gli aggiornamenti, e mi spunta:

Apri un terminale e digita

copia e posta tutto quello che esce.

Ciao,hai solo qualche repository che non riesci a raggiungere perchè o sono al momento down o li hanno rimossi, li puoi, se pensi che non ti siano più utili, o commentarli o rimuoverli dal sources.list,posta il risultato di

come puoi vedere il sistema è aggiornato,rimuovi/commenta i repository che danno errori per non avere problemi con l'update,

sisi ecco pensavo fossino proprietari dal sistema invece ho ricercato su google e ricordo di aver installato smuxi che per giunta aveva installato questi pacchetti!! Grazie
