HELP! Non riesco a completare l'aggiornamento

Da qualche giorno non riesco più a completare l'aggiornamento del mio ubuntu 10.04! non riesco a selezionare 3 aggiornamenti di sicurezza importanti (libpostproc0 ,  libpostproc51,  libpostproc52)

Apri il Terminale e dai:

poi raggiungi le voci che non c'entrano con Lucid e mettigli davanti un # se vuoi commentarle senza toglierle, oppure le elimini... poi salvi e ridai l'update...

ora il gestore di aggiornamenti non mi dà più errore ma non mi fa comunque installare i tre aggiornamenti importanti di cui parlavo inizialmente...

quei tre files riguardano un aggiornamento della settimana scorsa che aveva generato un conflitto tra librerie, riguardava principalmente ffmpeg. Però ormai il conflitto è stato risolto e non dovrebbero esserci ulteriori problemi.
Credo che l' insalata mista di repos che avevi sul tuo Ubuntu ha generato una situazione complicata, riguardo alle librerie che hai installato sul tuo pc, il che può continuare a generare conflitti.
Dopo aver corretto il file sources.list, credo che faresti meglio a disinstallare tutto ciò che hai sul pc, che riguarda la riproduzione video (Gstreamer, Mplayer, Totem, VLC, ffmpeg, e compagnia bella) e relative librerie.
Poi dai un bel

A questo punto provi a reinstallare tutto ciò che hai disinstallato prima.
