salve a tutti premetto che sono nuovo di ubuntu...
Seguendo varie guide on-line x installare i programmi che mi servivano ora mi ritrovo che tutte le volte che do l'update con questi vari errori... come si risolvono?
che comandi devo dare da terminale?

Certo. Il codice era per le chiavi.

Per il resto commenta - o elimina, se non ti servono più - i riferimenti presenti nel file /etc/apt/source.lists

ci sono un sacco di doppioni, per cui ti dà quel warning (non è che non funziona, però è meglio tenere tutto ordinato).
Elimina le righe doppie, dato che il file è lunghetto e caotico potresti aiutarti a trovare i doppioni ordinando le linee

prova a vedere se riesci ad eliminare i doppioni con il comando uniq da terminale:

NOTA: fatti prima un backup del file /etc/apt/sources.list. non sono del tutto sicuro che il comando precedente non sovrascriva il file di input, perché non l'ho provato.

Conviene sempre fare una copia del file sources.list (io uso sources_4_04_11.list) in modo da avere una quadro aggiornato dei vari passaggi. (yes)
