ciao rieccomi
sto cercando di aggiornare alla versione stabile, ho provato con gestore aggiornamenti ma non ce ne sono di aggiornamenti, ho provato con apt-get update e mi dice che ci sono dei duplicate, strano perke io non ho toccato niente, ci vedete qualche errore:

E come fai ad avere già natty nel sources.list?

Mi fai vedere il risultato di questo comando? lsb_release -a

Poi si ci sono dei duplicati. Prendi un sources.list "pulito" da qui: http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/Repository/SourcesList e fai il solito giro: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Ok. Dunque sei già su natty e hai solo dei problemi con il sources.list.

1) apri il file in questione con i privilegi di amministrazione:
sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

2) questo è il mio:
