[Driver] Auricolare Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Usb

Buon giorno a tutti, come da oggetto riporto alla luce un'argomento abbastanza vecchio.
Girando sul web ci sono moltissime discussioni e pratiche guide che risolvono il problema d'installazione dei driver del suddetto auricolare. In prima persona ho sperimentato, con successo,l'installazione su Ubunto 10.04 e 10.10, ma ora mi trovo incapace di risolvere il problema su Natty.
L'auricolare utilizza un ricevitore con attacco usb, il quale viene visto e riconosciuto dal sistema operativo, quindi il problema sta proprio nei driver che non riesco più ad installare

Per chi non conoscesse "Microsoft LifeChat ZX-6000 Usb" è un auricolare di casa Microsoft(originariamente sviluppato per Xbox 360).

Apri il terminale e dai questo comando senza il ricevitore nella porta usb e premi Invio:

tail -f /var/log/messages

inserisci il ricevitore nella porta usb e premi il tasto per la connessione se è presente;

segui gli output dei messaggi a video; terminati i messaggi premi CTRL c per terminare il comando tail -f ..;

postami questi output dei messaggi generati dal comando tail -f .., per analizzare il dispositivo.

Da terminale, sempre col ricevitore inserito, postami questo comando:

Hai inserito anche un joypad Microsoft? Perchè carica il modulo xpad  per i joystick wireless o joypad usb della Xbox360.

se scorri sulla voce WIRELESS parla di Tecnologia di connessione bluetooth.

Se funziona col bluetooth ti serve anche una chiavetta bluetooth per farla funzionare; sulla cuffia dovrebbe esserci il pulsante Connect per fare il pairing con l'adattatore bluetooth.

Se tutto è andato bene, clicca sull'icona dell'altoparlante che c'è in alto, seleziona Preferenze audio ...  e poi clicca su Uscita o Ingresso (per microfono); dovresti vedere un'icona relativa al tuo auricolare Microsoft.

La foto che posto in basso riguarda il mio auricolare bluetooth SBS B804 che funziona perfettamente con Ubuntu 10.04 c'è l'icona Apache-02B3B5 che è l'auricolare.

avevo già provato con una chiavetta bluetooth, ma nulla da fare!!!
questo auricolare ha una sua connessione a usb, in quanto e anche un auricolare per x-box!!!!
non so più che fare, e mi scoccia buttarla via mi è costata 50 euro.

Il ricevitore usb che inserisci nella porta usb ha un pulsante?

L'auricolare Microsoft ha un pulsante di connessione (Connect); prova a premerlo per 5 secondi per vedere se fa il pairing col pc; se tutto è andato a B. F. , clicca sull'icona dell'altoparlante che c'è in alto, seleziona Preferenze audio ...  e poi clicca su Uscita o Ingresso (per microfono); dovresti vedere un'icona relativa al tuo auricolare Microsoft.

Fai una prova, vedi se ndiswrapper la riconosce:

clicca in alto su Sistema > Amministrazione > Gestore pacchetti;

inserisci la password, poi vai nel rettangolo di Ricerca veloce e scrivi ndis

verranno visualizzati tre files con l'icona di Ubuntu relativi a ndiswrapper; selezioni il primo; clicca su installa, verranno installati anche gli altri due; terminate le installazioni, chiudi Gestore pacchetti.

Clicca in alto su Risorse > Cartella home e crea una cartella di nome windriver;

inserisci il cd dov'è contenuto il driver dell'auricolare per win XP; prendi tutti i files li copi e poi l'incolli dentro la cartella windriver;

clicca in alto su Sistema > Aministrazione > hardware wireless per Windows;

verra avviato ndiswrapper in modalità grafica, vedi se alla sinistra visualizza il driver .inf dell'auricolare, lo selezioni e poi clicca su Installa driver.

Se sul pc hai anche Windows, avvia Windows ed installa il driver e poi ti copi i files del driver dell'auricolare per Win XP; altrimenti installa Wine e vedi se riesci a recuperare i files.
