strana dicitura all'avvio "graphic turbo disabled"

Oggi ho acceso il mio PC e si è presentata questa dicitura:

.....graphic turbo disabled

tutto il schermo nero, poi si è avviato regolarmente.

Perchè questo?

Mi rispondo da solo, su un Forum USA trovo scritto questo:

To fix this problem we must add the module intel_ips to blacklist.

    sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

Add this to the end of the file, save and restart:

    blacklist intel_ips

With this you will no longer error plus

Ho provato l'errore è sparito, ma no so quanto sia attendibile sul funzionamento..!! boh !!
