Errore improvviso su Stampante Hp Deskjet 845c prima funzionante

Ho una Stampante Hp Deskjet 845c che ha stampato regolarmente fino all'altro giorno. Ora pare non funzionare più...nel senso che avvia la stampa, carica il foglio ma poi da segnale d'errore, s'interrompe il processo di stampa ed avvia la schermata di correzione dell'errore. Non si risolve neanche seguendo la procedura suggerita. Cosa posso fare? Non ci sono apparenti motivi del disguido, i driver prima di ora funzionavano regolarmente? Posso eviotare di comprare un'altra stampante o di reinstallare tutto?

ciao. non è un problema di pc o driver ecc...è un problema di stampante. provala su un altro pc e sarà + sicuro. informaci.

Puoi evitare di comprare un'altra stampante e di reinstallare tutto.

Potrebbe essere un problema di driver o del pacchetto CUPS.

la stampante è riconoscita ed è tutto apposto da parte di ubuntu...dal risultato ke hai postato così si legge...prova la stampante su altri pc e vedi ke ti fà...

La stampante è stata rilevata correttamente.

la stampante dopo essere stata rilevata correttamente è stata disabilitata, forse da un bug nel kernel di Ubuntu.


Quello che posso consigliarti è di andare in Sistema > Amministrazione > Stampa, rimuovere il driver della stampante e reinstallarlo, fai la prova di stampa, se emette ancora un errore durante la stampa, da terminale postami questo comando:

Mah ho tolto la stampante dal pannello controllo delle stampanti. quando l'ho ricollegata con USB il sistema l'ha rilevata ed ha comunicato che era pronta a stamapare. Continua l'errore.

Ci sono diversi errori potrebbe essere ad un bug nel kernel relativo a CUPS oppure bisogna installare una versione più aggiornata di HPLIP.
