[Risolto] Errore in gestore aggiornamenti

Ciao a tutti,

premesso che sono inesperto, ho letto alcuni post per cercare di risolvere il problema ma non ci sono riuscito.
Uso ubuntu 11.04 64 bit e purtroppo da alcuni giorni aprendo il gestore aggiornamenti e verificando aggiornamenti disponibili mi da un errore; inoltre oggi mi è apparso il triangolo rosso nella barra di notifiche in alto. Mi sembra di aver capito che è un errore di repository ma non capisco come risolvere.
Sperando sia utile allego un immagine della scrivania con l'errore sopra descritto.
Attendo Vs. gentili soluzioni.

per questo invece

vai in Sorgenti-software nella tab Altro-software e elimina le righe relative a  sevenmachines basta che le selezioni e clicchi su Rimuovi,quando hai finito aggiorna e se da errori postali.
