[ls] visualizzare peso directory

ciao, vorrei con ls ottenere un output del contenuto di una cartella (dir e file singoli) con il loro peso in MB. mentre i file li mostra come voglio (ls -h -s) , le dir hanno peso 0 o pochi byte. si può ottenere ciò che voglio con un'opzione?

come vedi i file sono pesati, le dir (le riconosci dall'assenza di estensione) no

du -h è già qualcosa ma mi esclude i file

riuscirci con ls o individuare un comando che consenta di visualizzare da terminale il peso del contenuto di una directory?

Con ls non riesce. Visualizza lo spazio occupato nella directory attuale dalla cartella in sè (che sia piena o che sia vuota circa 4K).
