ho ubuntu 11.10 e sto tentando di usare una canon digital ixus 970is con gphoto2.
Ahimè, senza riuscirci.
Se collego la camera al computer rimane senza in modalità visualizzazione immagini.
Lanciando gphoto2 e provando a catturare un'immagine mquesto è il risultato:

Per ottenere messaggi di debug, usare l'opzione --debug.

gphoto2 come segue:
