[Risolto]problema installazione aggiornamenti

salve a tutti, quando provo a verificare se ci siano o meno aggiornamenti disponibili ,cliccando su verifica aggiornamenti  riscontro il seguente problema :

Scaricamento delle informazioni del repository non riuscito

Controllare la propria connessione a Internet.

spuntando l'opzione dettagli mi da il seguente errore :

allo stesso modo non mi lascia scaricare le applicazioni da ubuntu software center e quando clicco installa mi dice di controllare la connessione anche se la connessione a internet c'è e funziona.
Qualcuno sa cosa consigliarmi di fare?

Sei dietro un proxy che non sta funzionando. Prova a disattivarlo

su proxy ho impostato su automatico

metti proxi su nessuno e dai applica per tutto il sistema e ridai
