Sinceramente non so nemmeno se è la sezione più giusta, comunque io spiego il problema:
tempo fa ho cambiato il mio monitor, un vecchio Compaq 15 pollici, con un Acer AL1916W 19" Widescreen.
Con il vecchio monitor avevo modificato il mio xorg.conf secondo quanto suggeriva il primo metodo (semplice) del wiki in questa pagina: http://wiki.ubuntu-it.org/NvidiaTvOut
Da quando ho cambiato monitor però, il Twinview sembra non funzionare più.
Ho provato a riconvigurare xorg e inserire di nuovo quelle righe nella sezione device ma succede che viene abilitato il Twinview però perdo la risoluzione che di solito utilizzo sul monitor del pc..ovvero 1280x800.
Per ovviare a questo problema ho provato a seguire l'alternativa "più complessa" spiegata sempre nella stessa pagina che ho postato prima.
Il risultato è che non perdo la risoluzione che utilizzo sul monitor, ma non viene attivato il Twinview.
Ora vi posto il mio xorg.conf, così magari voi potete darmi qualche consiglio o correggere eventuali errori presenti.
