Scheda di rete broadcom 4313

Santa giornata a tutti. Mio sono stancato di avere lo stesso problema. puntualmente ubuntu 11.10 e 12.04, con l'utilizzo del wifi con scheda di rete broadcom 4313, si blocca, esiste una soluzione per onde evitare di dover passare a windows? Alleluja!

Credo che il problema sia l'inverso. Ubuntu installa automaticamente i driver proprietari Broadcom STA.
Ho un'angheria uguale su un pc di un mio amico che soffre di blocchi e stalti di rete per il driver Broadcom PROPRIETARIO.

Sarebbe cosa saggia disinstallarlo e utilizzare l'ottimo driver open

Ho dato da terminale i comandi che mi hai detto e disinstallato i driver proprietari, solo che ora non rile va più la scheda di rete.

Ok era per provare. (b43 evidentemente non è il modulo per la scheda in uso)
Questo significa che devi andare a togliere dalla lista nera i moduli precedentemente inseriti.
Apri il terminale e dai

Codice: Seleziona tutto

sudo gedit /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
vai a trovare tra le varie righe una che contenga le parole brcmsmac e bcma.
Come le trovi metti un cancelletto "#" all'inizio della della riga che li contiene (per commentarla).
salva il file

Poi sempre da terminale

echo blacklist wl | sudo tee -a /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
poi riavvia.
in caso non partisse la scheda prova a caricarli a mano da terminale

sudo modprobe brcmsmac bcma
in caso di errori posta i risultati

P.S. Magozurlinux non voglio minimamente contraddirti ma i driver proprietari creano rogne sul pc che ho sotto mano :birra: in caso negativo abbiamo sfatato un mito :D

Ma cosa intendi precisamente con il termine "blocca" ? il pc o la sola connessione?

Correggi gli output :ciao: sono un casino postati così senza un minimo di ordine :ciao:
P.S. Se è il PC a bloccarsi credo che bisognerà fare un lavoro a monte perchè la scheda wireless non centra un tubo........

i listati devono essere tra i tag non dopo, come hai fatto adesso e cioè il modo giusto è : [ code] listato da inserire[ /code]
per ottenere ciò si usa il pulsante Code o cliccandolo prima e poi inserendo la copia tra i tag come detto sopra, oppure evidenziando col mouse tutto quello da inserire tra i tag e poi cliccando il tasto.

Lavorando a scheda spenta cosa fa?

Provoca dinuovo il freeze e vai in tty1

guarda con top cosu usa molta cpu
