audio a scatti Ubuntu 12.04

Ciao a tutti. Ho installato ubuntu 12.04 64bit ma l'audio non va e raramente si sente a scatti

ho dual boot con windows e di là funziona quindi escludo problemi scheda audio
alsamixer è tutto ok e al massimo livello

copiando il risultato qui all'interno del tag 'code'

da preferenze audio, seleziona la vera scheda audio

mmm... però da Preferenze audio sotto la voce Uscita: "scegliere un dispositivo per l'uscita audio" mi dà solo "Audio integrato stereo analogico", come scelta. E lo stesso sotto la voce "Ingresso".
Da dove la seleziono la scheda audio giusta?

aggiungi alla fine

e poi salva
riguarda poi in preferenze se salta fuori

niente rimane uguale c'è solo "Audio integrato stereo analogico"

Non so cosa pensare
non vede la scheda
Prova con un CD Live della 12.04 a 32 bit
prova con un kernel precedente
verifica se nel Bios la scheda audio è disabilitata

manda la marca esatta del tuo pc per verificare se ci sono problemi noti con questo tipo di computer
