Stampante HP Officejet 4620
Stampante HP Officejet 4620
Ho comprato la stampante. Collegata all'usb. Riesco a stampare mah...non riesco a fare la scansione. Cosa devo fare ho provato a dare da terminale sudo apt-get install hplip hpijs hplip-gui e sudo apt-get install xsane. Apro simple scan mah niente....

Dopo aver dato questo comando mi ha scritto in alto a destra dove fa le notifiche unsupported print (1900)

non mi pare un problema multimediale
sposto
inoltre inseriti come hai fatto i listati rendono il post troppo lungo e di difficile lettura

Mi sembra che nessuno ha risolto questa domanda. Se me perdonate l'italiano maldestro, volevo notare che avevo lo stesso problema, e che l'ho risolto della seguente forma:
La mia versione di Ubuntu (12.04) gia aveva hplip installato, e quando ho tentato aggiornarlo m'ha detto che gia era aggiornata, però c'è una versione più nuova disponibile dallo sito di hplip e questo stampante funziona con la versione più nuova.
Tutto è in inglese, e non so quanto ne parli, dunque spiego brevemente ciò che succede (il migliore che posso):

Clicchi sul "Download HPLIP"
Selezioni la distribuzione e versione, per "3. Printer type" selezioni "Officejet/Officejet Pro", e dopo "HP Officejet 4620-E-All-in-one Printer"
Dopo ti dice che la versione che viene con Ubuntu 12.04 non funziona con lo stampante, e hai di installare la versione più nuova. Clicchi "Next"
Adesso ti dice che hai di usare lo software di installazione che forniscono loro. Clicchi "Next"
Dopo ti spiega come installare:
1. Clicchi "Download HPLIP"
2. Hai di fare andare lo software di installazione.
apri un terminale, e "cd" a l'ubicazione dov'è il pacchetto (per me era cd ~/Downloads)
lanci "sh hplip-3.13.5.run"
3. Selezioni il tipo d'installazione: ho scelto 'a' per "automatico"
4. Verifichi che la distribuzione e versione sono corretti.
5. Lanci il tuo password di sudo.
6. le "note della installazione" che avevo ricevuto hanno detto basicamente che avevo di fermare tutti gli applicazione aperti e scollegare lo stampante, e ho lanciato "r" per "restart/riavviare" il computer.
Dopo riavviare, colleghi lo stampante per usb, e in un terminale lanci "hp-setup".
Per me ha funzionato bene. L'unica cosa che non mi piaceva era che l'applicazione iniziasse ogni volta che accendevo il computer. Dunque l'ho tolto dalla lista di "startup applications", non so come sarà in italiano.
Spero che aiuti qualcuno, un saluto degli Stati Uniti.
