Devi installarti il compilarore di C... però non ti saprei dire un nome... quindi passo
La RAM è come la gnocca non è mai abbastanza!

installa libgtk2.0-dev da sinaptic,dovrebbe portarsi dietro tutte(spero) le dipendenze che ti mancano. Poi riprova il configure.

Ti servono gli header di quei pacchetti, quelli con il -dev finale, per cui nel tuo caso: liborbit2-dev
