sono sicuro al 101%. poi comunque oh, se vuoi evitarti dubbi, alla fine se tanto le ram ti devono funzionare a 667 mhz, prendile direttamente a 667 mhz.

per la capienza come dicevo prima dipende dal supporto del pc, quanto può supportare sul singolo slot e quanto può supportare in totale.

comunque anche quando è il video fà beep. se ricordo bene ne fa uno lungo in genere.

Non sempre i computer riescono a gestire o gestire bene ram più rapide di quelle consentite.

Per la capacità massima viene intesa come totale e distribuita nei vari banchi memoria, hai due banchi quindi devi prendere 2 stecche ram da 2 gb da 667

cavolate, l ho sempre fatto, sempre montate ram oltre specifiche, e andavano in automatico a frequenze minori, quelle massime supportate.

la frequenza delle ram è completamente adattiva verso il basso.

chiedi ovunque e chiunque con un minimo di esperienza e ti dirà lo stesso.

la ram la puoi mettere alla fottuta frequenza che vuoi verso l'alto, e la mobo ne imposterà in automatico la frequenza in base a quella supportata, ovviamente fattibile solo verso il basso. e vale per tutti, nessuno escluso.

e comunque il problema non sono i beep, il problema è che non li fa proprio.

Bene ragazzi, mi sento scoraggiato.

Il PC con cui ho iniziato la conversazione non da alcun segno di vita, nessun beep niente di niente (nemmeno con le RAM ambedue staccate). Adesso, io non so come capire se è un problema dello speaker o boh, se non è il primo penso sia la mobo. Quale mi consigliereste con le componenti che già possiedo?
P.S: Non mi interessa avere la stessa

Mentre per il portatile sto aspettando le ram, che sarebbero dovute arrivarmi ieri (ma con le festività mi è traslato tutto).

Il problema è che da questo messaggio c'è di mezzo anche un vecchio portatile e di quello io mi sto riferendo, più adesso stai mettendo in mezzo un altro portatile (che non è niente male), quando dovresti aprire discussioni distinte.

Per la tua scheda madre queste sono le caratteristiche, puoi aggiornare la tua versione di bios, se più avanti vuoi cambiare il processore, puoi mettere il core 2 quad Q9650.
Per i beep deve essere in grado di farli e dovrebbe avere la codifica AMI BIOS.

Veramente nel linck che ho messo mi riferivo al messaggio dell'utente, inoltre anche da alcune mie esperienze ho notato che non sempre una ram più veloce viene gestita bene, dopo potete credere a quel che volete.

se proprio vuoi cambiare mobo guarda alle p43. sono delle p45 (top) senza crossfire/sli e limitate sull fsb, cose che a te non interessano.
