Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema che non riesco a risolvere.
Ho una stampante multifunzione Canon pixma MP495.
Seguendo le guide online sono ho installato la stampante e lo scanner senza problemi.
Da un momento all'altro la stampante ha smesso di funzionare.... la cosa veramente assurda è che in realtà lo scanner funziona benissimo
Presumo si tratti di un problema di driver.
Ho provato ad eliminare la stampante ma il sistema (ubuntu 17.04) non avvia più il wizard per il riconoscimento della stampante.
Come posso fare????

Prova a tenere premuto per circa dieci secondi il tasto arancione sulla stampante (quello con il triangolo), dovrebbe resettarla, prova a tenerlo premuto sia a stampante già accesa che accendendo la stampante
Non penso sia un problema di stampante... ho un altro PC su cui stampo e funziona tutto alla perfezione.
Ho provato a guardare il file error.log di cups e ci sono un sacco di errori
