USB Bluetooth Dongle non riconosciuto

Ciao a tutti e buon natale.
Ho acquistato un adattatore bluetooth per utilizzare alcune cuffie senza filo.
IL sistema però me lo vedo solo come volume fisico (come memoria) .

Se provo ad avviare il Gestore Bluetooth dal menù mi da il messaggio di errore:
Connessione a Bluez Fallita- IL demone non è in esecuzione..
Mi piacerebbe capire da dove partire per risolvere il problema: cioè se l'adattatore non è funzionante o occorre preparare il sistema per questa device

non riconosciuto o guasto, ma dovrai attendere il Mago per le indicazioni per sistemarlo, lo segnalo potrebbe essere utile se conosci marca e modello segnalarlo.

è la telecamera integrata.

allora: su un win10 con cui ho provato lo vede sempre come volume e lo riconosce come JieLi AC4100
Preciso che neanche su win sembra funzionare ne mi richiede driver ma lo riconosce...

A parte questo: Spegni il Computer cambia porta USB accendilo, e vedi cosa succede.

Nessun dongle bluetooth usb rilevato, quello evidenziato è una chiavetta dati usb oppure è rotta e non viene rilevata.

Posta una foto del dongle e possibilmente della confezione del dispositivo.

Consiglio:
Se vuoi andare a colpo sicuro se per esempio lo comperi on-line chiedi al rivenditore se sono compatibili con le cuffie che hai e per Linux.
Oppure leggi le caratteristiche riportate nella pagina ove acquisti.
Stessa cosa la puoi fare se lo comperi fisicamente in un negozio vicino.
