Salve a tutti, ho appena installato ubuntu 18.04 sul mio pc ma non riesco ad installare nulla, nemmo gli aggiornamenti questo è quello che mi spunta quando cerco di installare g++

insomma un casino, ho provato anche ad installare tramite il softaware di ubuntu ma al termine del download mi dice che il softaware è obsoleto per l'aggiornamento.

PS. nell'ultimo codice spunta un numero(che ho sostituito con x) che ho cancellato per ragioni di sicurezza, non so se fosse necessario ma lo fatto giusto per precauzione. Inotre ho dovuto cancellare alcune parti del codice perché altrimenti non avrei potute postare in quanto superavo i 4000 caratteri,

Il problema è semplice, non hai installato la release 18.04.

Infatti il suo nome in codice è Bionic, mentre il tuo output riporta Cosmic che è la 18.10.

Soluzione reinstallare, stavolta usando realmente il Bionic 18.04, lo scarichi da https://www.ubuntu-it.org/scopri-ubuntu , oppure per le derivate da https://www.ubuntu-it.org/download/derivate .

Ci sarebbe anche un'altra possibilità, generata da un errore di installazione del grub, e cioè che la 18.04 sia stata installata ma il grub sia rimasto quello che punta alla vecchia versione presente di Ubuntu che non è stata sovrascritta.
Sarebbe utile per chiarire poter vedere: 1) un'immagine(foto) del menu di avvio del grub, dopo però aver dato dato in sessione dell'Ubuntu che si avvia ora il comando da terminale "sudo update-grub"; 2) un'immagine(screenshot) della videata di "Gparted".

Forse hai letto in fretta, ma i suggerimenti dati sono per poter arrivare ad utilizzare la 18.04 che, o non è stata installata come ha ipotizzato "wilecoyote" oppure è stata installata accanto a Cosmic senza sovrascriverne il grub, alternativa ipotizzata da me.
Quanto da me chiesto non era assolutamente "a caso" ma per capire quale fosse la reale situazione(vedere se nel menu di avvio del grub di Cosmic c'è anche la riga di avvio di Bionic e vedere se erano presenti più partizioni ext4) per capire il da farsi, né da me né da wilecoyote è stato minimamente detto di continuare ad operare con Cosmic, release notoriamente fuori supporto.

Prendi la versione e confrontala con quella installa in 18.04 e capirai da solo che il tipo non ha installato la 18.04, ma la 18.10, e quindi se vuol tornare a installare qualcosa deve mettere i repository di una versione successiva alla 18.10 =)
