HP Laser MFP 137fnw, riesco a fare la scansione solo entro pochi secondi dalla accensione. Perchè? Come posso risolvere? Quali informazioni possono servire? Ho installato i pacchetti di HP. Lo scanner anche se solo per una scansione alla accensione funziona. Dopo segnala Acquisizione non riuscita. Impossibile connettersi allo scanner.

Intanto modifica il post precedente mettendo il risultato all'interno dei quote code. Tasto virgolette rovesciate </>.

fai questo prima che se ne accorgano gli amministratori. Sto vedendo le nuove caratteristiche del drive 3.20.6 e poi ti riferisco. Intanto prova ad eliminare la stampante da "gestione stampanti" e poi riconfigurarla. Quello strano e questo:

non vede la stampante sulla porta usb. Prova a cambiare porta usb, magari con una che non sia usb3.
