problemi avvio openhab

ciao a tutti sono nuovo del forum, ho installato openhab e quando lancio il comando openhab.sart esce questo avviso:

lele@Lele:~$ openhab.start
There is a Root instance already running with name openhab and pid 4210. If you know what you are doing and want to force the run anyway, export CHECK_ROOT_INSTANCE_RUNNING=false and re run the command.

cosa devo fare???
