connessione rete? no bug buddy

ciao a tutti.
sono nuova e inesperta e penso di avere combinato dei pasticci.
Ho installato ubuntu 6.10 su disco fisso e adesso ho i due sistemi.
In gestione di rete devo aver indicato l'indirizzo IP errato o forse peggio pasticciato un pò.
Poi sono andata su strumenti di rete ma quando ho riprovato ad andare in gestione rete
mi compare il bug buddy.
Mi sto collegando dalla versione windows perchè da ubuntu mi esce sempre bug buddy.

Ho copiato e incollato quello che mi scrive quando vado in amm. rete.
Scusate se il post è troppo lungo. (se c'è un metodo per accorciarlo la pross. volta lo faccio)
