errore /etc/apt/sources.list

SAlve a tutti!
cercando di installare il pluh in x gli mp3 ho modificato il file sources.list ma ora qndo apro la gestione applicazioni mi da qsto errore:"
Questo è un guasto al sistema di gestione del software. Controllare i permessi e la correttezza del file «/etc/apt/sources.list» e ricaricare le informazioni sul software: «sudo apt-get update»."
come posso fare x risolverlo???

avevo avuto lo stesso problema ci sono delle repository uguali controlla e cancellale

io uso gedit ma tu se hai kde ad esempio puoi usare kate o se preferisci la bash "nano"
